Next week, the BCHT Group is being assessed by the Audit Commission. Between 26 March and 5 April, inspectors will be looking at all our services from a customer point of view and they will be speaking to a number of our customers and partners. The results of our inspection will be published in July 2007 and all our customers will be given a summary of the report in the Autumn issue of the @home tenants’ newsletter.
