Following information and feedback from our customers, BCHT are installing customer satisfaction boards in the reception areas of our public offices. These will enable us to capture comments from customers telling us how good the services are that BCHT provide. From this information monthly performance data will be published and shared with staff and customers to ensure improvements are made to our reception services.

Alongside the customer satisfaction boards we are also introducing talking boards that will provide information on frequently asked questions in 5 languages. These will ensure we are providing services to many groups of customers from our diverse communities. The talking boards and customer satisfaction boards will be installed in your local office week commencing 12 March. Your comments on this additional service will be appreciated.
