customer involvement statement

Every year BCHT produces a statement which details its commitment to customer involvement, and this year is no different.

During the Involved Customer Summit, which is being held on Monday 5th March 2007, we will be asking for input into this years’ Customer Involvement Statement. Once it has been approved by customers it will be publicised in offices and on the BCHT website.
