Equality & Diversity: Tell Us What You Think!
Bradford Community Housing Trust (BCHT) is inviting views on its Equality & Diversity Strategy for 2008-2011. The strategy sets out our approach to Equality and Diversity, tells you what our 5 key objectives are, and the tools we will use to achieve our aims.
To finalise our strategy we are consulting our customers, employees, partners, stakeholders and anyone else with an interest in our work about our strategy. The feedback and comments received as part of that process will be reviewed and we will use them to help us finalise the strategy and develop the action plans that will accompany it. We are asking people to tell us what they think in as many ways as possible, including using this website. This is because we want to make sure we have taken everyone’s views into account and that we are prioritising the things that are important to everyone in Bradford’s communities. Your views will help us to produce a strategy that best meets the needs of our diverse community and which will provide people with true equality of opportunity.
