Over the next few months BCHT will be rolling out the In Touch 100 Club to all customers. The In Touch 100 Club allows customers to give us their views using a variety of methods, for example, telephone surveys, focus groups, home interviews and using email and texts. Members are entered into a prize draw twice a year with the chance to win £100 in vouchers. West City already run the club, which has proved very successful, and now it is being rolled out to give everyone the opportunity to get involved with us in a way that suits them.
