Reporting a repair
 
On 5th March 2007, Bradford Community Housing Trust Group introduced a new way of reporting repairs to your property.
 
Instead of reporting them to your local area Trust, you now need to call 01274 257003 or by clicking on the picture above so your report can be dealt with promptly by our specialist team.

Our Responsibilities
 
We are responsible for keeping the structure and exterior to your home in good repair and for maintaining heating, sanitation and service installations. Our responsibilities cover fair wear and tear but not damage caused by customers, other residents or their visitors. We are also only responsible for those installations fitted by us.

In September 2007 we launched our new Appointment Service for repairs. If you make a repair request we will be able to offer you an AM or PM appointment on the day of your choice (Monday to Friday, subject to availability) for most day to day repairs.

Repair Timescales
 
Emergency
Within 24 hours
Where there is a danger to life. Including severe flooding, burst pipes, blocked drains, no lights in entire dwelling.
Urgent
Within 7 calendar days
Jobs that require attention before 20 days but not urgent. Include no hot water, no lights or heating in individual rooms.
Routine
Within 30 calendar days
A whole range of routine repairs that do not fall into other priority codes.
