Maintenance information: Gas services

We carry out annual safety checks on all gas appliances in our properties.

We have to carry out these checks because the law says your appliances need to be safe. Without these vital checks your appliances can become unsafe and be a danger to you and your family.

Before any safety checks are carried out we will write to you with a date when you will be visited. If you are not available on that date it is very important that   you let us know so that arrangements can be made when it is more convenient to you.
