Maintenance information: The Handyman Scheme

The Handyman Scheme offers a hassle-free solution to all sorts of odd jobs that you never get time to do or can't find anyone reliable to do.

Whether it's putting together a flat pack set of drawers, moving a sofa, fitting an outside light or another task, we have staff ready and waiting to help you.

For more information or to book your handyman help, simply pop into any of our local housing offices and buy a "Handyman Voucher".

It's one voucher per job and they cost £20, £30 or £35 depending on the work you need doing.

If you're a tlc member you will receive a £5 discount on the cost of each voucher.

The Handyman Scheme is an additional paid-for service and is separate to the day-to-day repairs service we provide all our tenants free of charge.
