Doris Sunter, Chair of the East Bradford Community Housing Trust said, 'Our most recent customer satisfaction survey clearly indicated that most residents consider anti-social behaviour a significant factor in whether they enjoy their homes and neighbourhoods. To maintain high levels of customer satisfaction we needed to act to ensure that people have a right to the quiet enjoyment of their homes and neighbourhoods.'

Our Legal and Enforcement team have secured Anti-Social Behaviour Orders against individuals who have caused misery to others by behaviour such as:

• Joy riding
• Shouting abuse
• Threats and intimidation
• Behaving in a rowdy drunken and violent way
• Dealing and using drugs in public 
• Going into private gardens
• Damaging property
  

Our dedicated Tenancy Enforcement & Mediation team and staff at all our area Trust offices are committed to working with residents, the police and others to ensure all our neighbourhoods are desirable places where people want to live.
We understand that many people are often worried that making a complaint will make the problem worse. We guarantee confidentiality when you talk to us.

In certain cases our officers will act as professional witnesses and secure orders without members of the public having to go to court.
