Leaseholders Action Group
This group represents BCHT's 948 leaseholders (or homeowners) and is a recognised tenant association.
We are based at 35 Central Avenue in Shipley and our office is open every Thursday between 10.00 am and 12 noon.
Members of the group regularly meet with Andrew Serbert, the Trust's Leasehold Property Manager, to discuss and sort out any issues affecting you.
BCHT have been working with Andrew on the drawing up of the new leaseholder handbook. This is something the Group has been wanting for a while and we hope you find the handbook useful.
