Maintenance information

We offer full maintenance support to all our tenants' properties. In this section you’ll see a range of information including details of how to book any repairs that are needed as well as the different maintenance services we can handle on your behalf.

Tenants are entitled to a free home fire safety check. To arrange a visit from the Fire and Rescue Service Tel: 0800 587 4536. You will also receive advice to help reduce the risk of a fire happening in your home. Smoke alarms may be fitted free of charge.
