Our Group Board is made up of 9 seats and our RSL Board has 12 seats.
Our boards
The BCHT Group has undergone a major reorganisation to ensure it is able to deliver on its promises. The original Area Trust Boards have been replaced by a new structure to ensure the Group delivers an efficient and effective service in a business-like manner.
Our boards shape the direction of our regeneration and management plans, as well as approving our business plans, monitoring performance and agreeing audit plans.
We are committed to ensuring our boards are representative of the community the Trust serves.
