all aboard for the tlc launch

5 June 2006

Residents in South Bradford are being invited to jump on board a great loyalty and discount scheme when a big bus comes to their area later this week.

From Monday (5 June) for the next four days, staff from South Bradford Community Housing Trust (CHT) will be going around the estates and neighbourhoods to promote the exciting trust loyalty card (tlc). The scheme offers great savings in high street stores, local restaurants and attractions, free prize competitions and much much more.

And on Friday (9 June), the bus will pick up residents and bring them to a big launch party at South Bradford CHT’s office at Park View Mills, Wibsey.

The party runs from 10am to 3pm and will include games, prize raffles, a bouncy castle, face painting and the chance to meet some of the Bradford Bulls players. Live music will come from the Buttershaw Primary School Salsa Band and the Prom Prom fund band.

The tlc scheme is available to all tenants who meet basic membership rules such as keeping their rent account up to date and looking after their home. In return there is the chance to win some top competition prizes, enjoy great shopping discounts at over 50 stores and even cut price entry to top national attractions including Alton Towers theme park.

Leaflet and application forms to join up have already gone out to thousands of Trust households in South Bradford.

Andrew Wilson, Chair of South Bradford Community Housing Trust said: “It promises to be a fantastic launch and hopefully lots of tenants will catch the tlc bus and pick up information about signing up for this great scheme.

“tlc is all about rewarding good tenants with the chance to enjoy some great savings and deals. I’ve joined up and I’m enjoying the benefits.

“If you can why not pop along to the housing trust office on Friday and enjoy the fun and entertainment. It promises to be a great day for everyone young and old.”

Over 1400 tenants with West City and East Bradford housing trusts have already joined the tlc scheme.
