The primary aim of Bradford Community Housing Trust Group, in conducting this procurement process, is to select Partnering Developers who can demonstrate that they will be capable of fulfilling the requirements of providing a high quality service, which is affordable and provides value for money over the framework contract period.

Through our commitment to spending as much money as possible locally, it’s not just local suppliers that benefit but subcontractors too. During the past year we have spent 42 per cent of our investment money with Bradford firms and a further 43 per cent within West Yorkshire.
